BOOKING POLICY

A valid card is required to book an appointment. Cards are not charged upfront and are used for no show protection only.

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service.

Appointments are booked in 30 minute increments and run back to back. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice is considered a no show. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. Notifying us does not extend your appointment time but may allow us to adjust.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to your appointment. If you notify us at least 12 hours before your appointment due to illness you will not be charged. Appointments missed or ended due to illness without prior notice may be subject to the standard no show fee.
